# Themes — Arelo

Choose from six color themes, each with light and dark mode variants.

## Available themes

| Theme | Description |
|---|---|
| A Train | Steel blue gradient. Classic transit feel. |
| Light | Clean, minimal light background. |
| Party | Pink gradient. Bold and fun. |
| Rainbow | Rainbow gradient. Celebratory. |
| Desert | Sandy warm tones. Earthy. |
| Black & Gold | Charcoal black with gold accents. |

Each theme has light and dark mode variants. Switching themes takes effect instantly. No restart required.

## Dark mode

By default, Arelo follows your device's light/dark mode setting. To always stay in light mode, turn off **Dark mode** in Settings → Appearance. This setting persists independently of your device setting.

## Changing your theme

Go to Settings → Appearance → Theme. Tap any theme to preview and apply it immediately. The change applies across the entire app, including widgets.
