Real-time NYC Subway and MTA Bus arrivals

Live countdowns from MTA's real-time GTFS feeds. Know exactly when the next train or bus is coming — not just the schedule. Metro-North and LIRR show scheduled departure times.

Walking time to every subway station and bus stop

Each stop shows your walk time from your current location, adjusted for your mobility profile. Plan your departure, not just your arrival.

Live Activity on your iPhone Lock Screen

Track any arrival on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Watch the countdown without unlocking your phone — useful in crowded stations.

Home screen and lock screen widgets

Small, medium, home screen, and lock screen widgets show your next subway or bus arrival without opening the app.

Nearby stops, automatically

Open Arelo in any NYC neighborhood and instantly see the closest subway stations and bus stops around you. Tap any stop for live arrivals.

Arrival alerts for your specific train

Swipe left on any arrival row to set a one-time notification for that specific vehicle approaching. Never miss your train again.

BART is pulling itself together after equipment issues between 19th St and MacArthur. Major delays everywhere still. Caltrain 159 moved to Track 8 at Diridon. Mercury retrograde doesn't end until Thursday and I'm just saying. The waning crescent isn't helping either.

E trains delayed both directions, signal problem near World Trade Center. Why is it always the signals? And why do I already know exactly which junction this probably is? Someone's down there right now staring at a box that's been making the same wrong decision since 1987.
